PURPOSE:To realize a circuit eliminating spike noise without elements such as a resistor and a capacitor by means of a digital circuit in a semiconductor integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:The circuit is made up of two FFs and 2 RS-FFs operated by two kinds of clock signals having a phase difference. The same input signal is inputted from an external circuit to data input terminals of FFs 1, 2 and clock signals B, C having a phase difference are inputted respectively from the external circuit to a clock input terminal of the FF1 and a clock input terminal of the FF2. An output terminal of the FF1 is connected to a terminal S of the RS-FF1 and an inverting output terminal of the FF2 is connected to a terminal R of the RS-FF2, and an output terminal of the RS-FF1 is connected to the terminal S of the RS-FF and the inverting output terminal of the RS-FF1 is connected to the terminal R of the RS-FF2. An input signal A not latched in the FF as an input signal of the same level at the time of rising of both clock signals B, C is not propagated as an output signal I. |
