PURPOSE:To prevent a temporary omission of communication data by constituting the terminal equipment so that a signal from a base station for sending continuously the communication data addressed to the own station before and after hand-off in the course of speech is received before the time when hand-off is performed. CONSTITUTION:In the case a signal S1 is being received by a demodulator 21 of a receiving part 2, signals S2, S3 are transmitted by a prescribed timing, and when an instruction for stopping the signal S1 at a prescribed time is received, a receiving signal determining part 4 instructs a control part 5 to demodulate the signals S2, S3 by demodulators 22, 23 and allows its part to execute it. At the time point when the equipment becomes the time of performing hand-off, and the signal S1 stops, the receiving signal determining part 4 determines a useable signal from S2 and S3, and instructs the control part 5 to demodulate it. In such a way, an omission of transmitting data at the of hand-off can be prevented. |
