<p>PURPOSE: To discharge a congealable material from a dump tank by opening both opening parts, and pushing the congealable material out of one opening part to the other. CONSTITUTION: During heat generation, a cellulose solution in the aqueous N-methyl-morpholine-N-oxide(NMMO) enters a chamber 17 from opening parts 4-6 through one of advancing lines 7-9 heated at 100 deg.C, respectively. Then, the pressure in a dump tank is increased rapidly, a film 12 is broken, and excess nitrogen and steam are discharged in the atmosphere through an upright pipe 11. After the emergency discharge, the chamber 17 is filled sectionally with a cellulose solution in NMMO. Since the solution solidifies as the temperature is lowered, a rubber-like filling material is formed in the chamber 17. For taking out the solidified material, air is rushed abruptly through the tank, bolts 13, 16 are detached, and access doors 14 and 15 are detached. Then, the solidified material is pushed out of one end opening by pushing it from the other end opening.</p> |
