PURPOSE:To reduce the number of nozzles of a washing device and miniaturize an analyzer by setting the photometric action time interval to a reference time width, relatively moving a reaction container train multiple times within the reference time width, and draining a plurality of reaction containers with the same drain nozzle. CONSTITUTION:Four reaction containers located at positions 9P-12P on a reaction table 2 are to be processed by a washing device 50, for example. A controller 11 stops the washing process when the analysis action time (reference time width) exceeds the unit machine cycle (the time until the reaction containers are returned to the original positions through 12 time cycles). A drain nozzle 12 is supported by a lift arm 15 together with a washing nozzle 13 and lifted or lowered by an arm lift device 14. When the arm 15 is lowered, the nozzles 12, 13 concurrently enter the same reaction container, the liquid sucked by the nozzle 12 is discharged to a drain tank 18, and the nozzle 13 dispenses the washing water from a washing liquid tank 19 into the reaction container. |
