PURPOSE:To eliminate dispersion and variation of brake torque without contaminating structural component on the circumference, and reduce assembling manhour so as to attain decrease of cost. CONSTITUTION:In a rotation damper which applies brake torque on the rotary part of a rotor rotating in a working chamber formed in a housing, first and second oil kneading rubber sheets 5A, 5B facely coming in contact with the upper and lower faces of the flange part 4f of the rotor 4 are charged in the working chamber. Hereby, viscous fluid and the like do not leak out during the use, and the brake torque does not change. |
