PURPOSE: To produce antimony trioxide having lowαray radiation dose. CONSTITUTION: The antimony trioxide is produced by removing uranium and thorium from an antimony chloride aqueous solution containing uranium and thorium beingα-ray radiation substances by using amino-phosphoric acid type chelate resin, forming a refined antimony chloride aqueous solution and hydrolyzing it.
