PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily and rapidly execute production, to lessen the useless consumption of materials at the time of production, to make production at a low cost and to easily execute working to provide ends with mounting parts by forming plural recessed parts of a V-groove shape on one surface of a base material consisting of a translucent resin formed to a sheet form of a prescribed area by injection molding. SOLUTION: Plural recessed parts of a V-groove shape are formed on one surface of a base material 1 consisting of a translucent resin formed to a sheet form of a prescribed area by injection molding. At the time of producing this condenser material, metal molds corresponding to the size to the surface light source panel to be provided with this condenser material are used and the plural V-shaped projecting parts corresponding to the recessed parts 2 of the V-groove shape to be formed on one surface of the base material 1 are previously formed on one molding surface of these metal molds. The base material 1 provided with the prescribed area corresponding to the surface light source panel is molded by injection molding using such metal molds and simultaneously, the one surface of the base material 1 is provided with the plural recessed parts 2 of the V-groove shape. |
