<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasion-resistant bearing for a motor-type fuel pump. <P>SOLUTION: This abrasion-resistant bearing for a motor-type fuel pump is composed of Cu-Ni sintered alloy comprising sintered matter of green compact having blended composition of Cu-P alloy by 2-9% (mass %) containing graphite by 1-5%, and P by 5-10%, and Cu-Ni alloy for the rest containing Ni by 21-26%, in which pores are dispersed and distributed at a porosity of 8-18% in Cu-Ni alloy grains, and in which the component of P is distributed at grain boundary parts in the Cu-Ni alloy grains by texture, with free graphite distributed in the pores. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
