<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical head device capable of reducing the component cost and the assembling cost. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical head device 1, a full-reflection mirror 8 for guiding a monitor light to a monitoring light receiving element 3, and a sensor lens 9 for applying astigmatism to the return light to guide it to a signal detection light receiving element are integrated as a composite optical component 10A made of the molded articles of transparent materials such as resin.
