PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the junction strength between a resin sliding material and a steel strengthening member to improve the reliability of resin bearing and prevent electric erosion. SOLUTION: With this device, a sintering body 7 its porosity of which is uniformly controlled is interposed between a resin sliding material 5 constituting a thrust bearing pad 4 and a strengthening member, as a junction medium, and an electrical insulating layer 8 is provided at the surface of the sintering body and a porosity part 9. Then, the resin sliding material and the strengthening member are integrally connected to each other by heating-fusion welding. Thus a thrust bearing device capable of improving the reliability of resin bearing and preventing electric erosion, can be obtained. |
