PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety against mistaken swallowing by a baby or the like and surely prevent troubles such as leakage of ink, etc., while securing airtightness in the inside of the cap. SOLUTION: An annular elastic body 16 is fitted to the step part 15 of a writing barrel 12. On one hand, an air discharge path 17 is formed between the internal cap 9 of a cap 2 for writing utensils and an external cap 3 for sticking the internal cap 9 by a plurality of ribs 10. An air-passing hole 7 is bored in the external cap 3 of the lower part of a clip part 6. Thereby, compressed air in the inside of the cap for the writing utensils is discharged from the air-passing hole of the external cap through the air discharge path in accordance with fitting of the cap for the writing utensils to the writing barrel and fitting is certainly enabled. Also, airtightness in the inside of the internal cap is maintained by the ringlike elastic body fitted to the step part of the writing barrel. Furthermore, flow of air is secured through the air discharge path and the air-passing hole and respiration is secured even if a baby or the like mistakenly swallows the cap. |
