<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip cutter with which the return part of a slip can be cut even when the slip is not registered in advance. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an image scanner 3 for reading the image of a slip 1 inserted by a client and a control part 7 for transmitting the slip image read by the image scanner 3 through a network to a remote terminal, cutting the inserted slip through a cutting mechanism based on a slip cutting instruction received from the remote terminal through the network and discharging the return part to the client.</p> |
