摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve generation efficiency for utilizing a waste heat recovery boiler by performing a melting combustion treatment economically without causing corrosion. SOLUTION: A combustion device is provided with a thermal decomposition device 4 for changing into thermal decomposition gases B and B0 and a thermal decomposition residue, a melting combustion device 10 for burning the thermal decomposition gas B and a fine particle F, a first heat recovery device 13 for recovering the heat of a combustion exhaust gas G, a second heat recovery device 16 for recovering the heat of a combustion exhaust gas G1 , a third heat recovery device 22 for superheating steam being generated by the second heat recovery device 16, and an exhaust gas treatment device 18 for treating a combustion exhaust gas G2 . In this case, the first heat recovery device 13 is so constituted that the combustion gas G is brought into contact with sand C1 for a thermal medium for heating the sand C1 . Also, the third head recovery device 22 is so constituted that the superheater pipe of steam being generated from the second heat recovery device 16 is heated by the heat of sand C2 and further the heat decomposition device 4 is so constituted that waste A is heated by the heat of the sand C from the third heat recovery device 22.</p>
