SOLUTION: A display device 4 and a remote control unit 8 are provided as setting means, a telephone unit 5 is provided as an information obtaining means, and a flash ROM is provided as a storage means. When the remote control unit 8 is operated based on the display of the display device 4 and a using right setting state is attained, a prescribed navigation server is automatically connected through the telephone unit 5. Further, when the using range and utilization method, etc., of the information required by the user are set, using right information corresponding the using range and the utilization method, etc., is downloaded, data are fetched and stored in the flash ROM and an information part corresponding to the using right information of the disk is read. |
