PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a high-sensitivity printing plate with good productivity without requiring any developer and to provide the photosensitive printing plate which is improved in printing resistivity, the manufacture of the printing plate, and the printing method. SOLUTION: (1) The photosensitive printing plate which has on a base 12 a 1st photosensitive layer 14 containing a hydrophilic binder and a photopolymerizing, optical cross-linking, or optical dislocating compound and a 2nd photosensitive layer 16 containing a hydrophobic binder and a photopolymerizing, optical cross-linking, or optical dislocating compound in this order so that at least one of the hydrophilic and hydrophobic binders is reactive microgel. (2) The photosensitive printing plate obtained as shown by (1) is exposed to make the exposed area insoluble and then the 2nd photosensitive layer which is not exposed is removed to expose the 1st photosensitive printing layer. (3) The photosensitive printing plate obtained by (1) is exposed to make the exposed area insoluble and then fitted to a printing machine, and printing ink and water or wet liquid are supplied to remove the 2nd photosensitive layer as the unexposed area with the water, etc. |
