SAFETY DEVICE FOR KINETIC SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably detect the presence of an obstacle through simple constitution. SOLUTION: A piston 7 operated by a pneumatic pressure effects linear movement in a cylinder 6 and conveys an object to be conveyed. A drive device caused the object to be conveyed to pass through the vicinity of an immobile part at least in one direction. The cylinder 6 is provided at the two end parts thereof with a device to measure a pressure of air flowing out of the cylinder 6 in the movement direction of the piston 7. When a pressure being usually approximately constant is reduced to a value lower than a limit value, a switch signal operation of a movement system to cut off operation of the kinetic system is outputted.
