摘要 PURPOSE: To uniformly performing sintering and improve recovery ratio of sintered ore by controlling flow of air supplied into sintering car during the early stage of sintering, thereby preventing drop of combustion atmospheric temperature as supplying proper amount of air required for sintering into the sintering car. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a control plate (10) which is installed in rear of ignition furnace in such a way that the control plate covers the upper surface of the sintering car, on an inner part of which a guide groove (12) is formed, and in which a plural through holes (11) are formed in upper and lower parts of the guide groove; a moving plate (20) which is movably inserted into the guide groove, and on the surface of which a plural air inflow holes (23) are formed; a driving means (30) connected to one side of the moving plate to move the moving plate; and a supporting plate (40) installed at the upper side of the sintering car to support the driving means, wherein the moving plate comprises a central moving plate (21) installed at a central part of the guide groove to control flow of air flown in a central part of the sintering car and flow of air flown in both side parts of the sintering car respectively, and side moving plates (22) respectively installed at both side parts of the guide groove, and the driving means comprises a central driving means (31) and side driving means (30,32) respectively installed on the upper surface of the supporting plate to move the central moving plate and the side moving plates respectively.
