PURPOSE: Provided are a manufacture method of an abalone-feed using the ginseng extract and aged seaweeds and an abalone bred thereby. The bred abalone contains rich nutrient and pharmaceutical effect of the ginseng and nutraceutical effect of the seaweeds. CONSTITUTION: The manufacture method of an abalone-feed using the ginseng extract and aged seaweeds comprises the steps of: collecting and selecting fresh seaweeds and drying them to a moisture content of 40-60%; placing the dried seaweeds with water in an aging tank, and adding the ginseng extract thereto; aging them for 5-7 hours with operating an aerator; and recovering the seaweeds containing the ginseng extract at regular time intervals.
