Structurized surface with ultraphobic characteristics has a surface topography such that the local frequency f of the single Fourier components and their amplitude a(f) expressed as the integral of function F, F(log f)=3+log(a(f)f), between log(f1/ mu <-1>)=-3 and log(f2/ mu <-1>)=3 is at least 5 and comprises a hydrophobic or preferably oleophobic material or is coated with such a material.
