PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace the roller member of a paper feeding roller. SOLUTION: A pair of flanges 23 and the contact part 24 whose outer circumferential surface 26 is less than nearly half of the circumferential length of the flange 23 and which is brought into contact with the paper sheet on the paper feeding tray are integrally formed with a low-friction material, and a rotating body 21 in which a recessed part 25 is formed between the pair of flanges 23 is provided, and separation bodies 22 formed with a high friction member and whose part of the outer circumferential surface is fitted in roller member 32 being in contact with the paper sheet on the paper-feeding tray are provided, and a paper-feeding rosier 20 is assembled by replaceably housing these separation bodies 22 in the recessed part 25 of the rotating body 21. Further, the center of the end surface on the axial outer side of the flange 23 of the rotating body 21 is constituted so as to be continued or connected to a driving shaft 29. Thus, the disassembling or assembling work of the rotating body 21 and the separation bodies 22 can be performed without disassembling the driving shaft 29.
