PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fascia board joint and a structure of an edge of eaves capable of easily and surely carrying out work for a decorated cover by oneself and preventing the interference with construction work for another member. SOLUTION: The upper part of a vertical piece 9a parallel with the surface of the fascia board in the edge of eaves is made as an inverted L-shape, a locking piece 9b is formed in its end section, an engaging section 9c folded backward is formed in the lower end section to make it as the fascia board joint, a water drip joint 8 is provided between weatherboards 1 and 1 put on the roof end, the fascia board joint 9 is locked with the lower end thereof, it is provided between the fascia boards 6 and 6 put on in advance, the engaging section 9c is connected to the lower surface of an eave soffit panel 5, an eaves gutter is mounted on eaves gutter supporting devices 7 fixed to the fascia boards at specific intervals, the decorated cover 10 constituted by forming temporary locking sections 10c in the rear of the bottom are covered to the eaves gutter supporting devices, and the temporary locking sections are temporarily locked with the engaging section to make it possible to fix the decorated cover.
