PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal-insulating external facing material allowing a thermal insulating material and an external facing material to be easily integrated, eliminating separation and disengagement, increasing the workability of the execution of work, preventing the thermal insulating material from being damaged in the case of unloading, etc., dispense with a supporting member for the thermal insulating material when laid, permitting member costs to be reduced, and enable the thermal insulating material and the external facing material, respectively, to be recycled by easily discontinuing the integration relation between the above materials and splitting them according to need. SOLUTION: The thermal-insulating external facing material 1 is composed of the external facing material 2 having rising parts 2b at least on the right and the left and the thermal insulating material 3 installed on the side of the rear surface of the material 2. The material 2 forms a fitting part 2c or more, and the material 3 is composed of a plate material having a required thickness and forming a part 3c to be fitted, which corresponds to the fitting part 2c of the material 2. The fitting part 2c is fitted into the part 3c of the material 3 in order to enable the integration of the materials 2 and 3.
