The present invention relates to a medical instrument for photodynamic treatment and diagnosis using semiconductor laser diodes that producing laser beam ranging from 400nm to 460nm and 650nm to 710nm wavelength, comprise case (1), semiconductor laser diode complex (9,19) that are laser beam source which generate laser beam, condensing lens (11) which is installed in front of the semiconductor laser diode, jack for AC input (2), DC convertor (3) which convert AC currency to DC currency, power switch (5,6), and switch converter (8), and jack for output to the pedal switch (17), timer (18), main controller (4) which control the various conditions in activation of this device according to the state of the switches (5,6) and timer (18), melody kit (16), and cooling fans (14,22), for cooling of laser beam generator (9) and main controller.
