The distillation plant has a column system (1, 3) and a means of feeding a flow (7, 9) to be separated into one of the columns. At least one section (A, D) of a column contains structured linings with modules having a non-modified interface, while other sections (B, C, E, F, G) designed to operate at a rate above a given threshold level of 1.05 : 1 or a load below a threshold level of 400 L/h/dm have structured linings with at least one modified interface. The plant has one medium pressure column (1) and one low pressure column (3), which are thermally linked, with one column optionally operating at an intermediate pressure between the medium and low pressures and having at least one lower section containing a non-modified interface module and at least one upper section containing a modified interface module. |
