<p>Disclosed is a therapeutic agent for rheumatism which acts based on a quite new mechanism. The therapeutic agent comprises (A) a dendritic cell stimulated with an antigen derived from a vascular endothelial cell, or (B) an antigen derived from a vascular endothelial cell and a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant.</p>
