PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus in which heat radiation efficiency can be improved. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus is provided with first and second substrates, a heat sink 9, first and second fans 10, 11, and a chassis 7 for supporting the above parts. The fans share their roles for cooling the substrates and exhausting the air, i.e. the first fan 10 for the first substrate and the second fan 11 for the second substrate, and thus, the heat can be prevented from remaining in the chassis 7.
