Subject: disposable package for liquid and viscous foodstuff (olive oil, olive pasta etc). This package has two longitudinal curved sides 11,12 made of transparent or semi-transparent material. The cavity of the package 3 comprises an angle 14 formed at the junction point of the two sides 11,12 of the package to accommodate as a flow guide the smooth flow of the substance contained into the cavity of said package and control the spreading of same substance over the meal. Some embodiments present a certain number of supporting ribs 17 starting from the flow guide and running the whole sides 11,12.
