<p>The present invention relates to a device for adapting non-specific pumps to the production of foam, in order to convert them into foam pumps. The device consists of several parts added to the structure of a pump for fluids. The added parts are in particular a feed tube (1) running from the pump inlet (301) to a bend under the level (11) of foaming liquid (10) and rising again above the level (11) of the liquid (10), terminating in an end which is open to the air. The feed tube (1) also comprises a suction hole (103) for drawing in liquid when the air is moving past the hole (103). A filtration grating (2) is added in a foam expulsion tube (4) connected to the pumping outlet (302).</p> |
