<p>An exhausting device for gas of a mold is provided to prevent defect of the exterior of the product by installing moving holes having resin at the inside of an injection product. An exhausting device for gas of a mold comprises a mold(20), moving holes(23), a through-hole(24), and a suction part(35). The mold has a molding groove for molding an injection product. The moving holes have one end communicated to the molding groove and the other end extended to the inside of the molding to move gas. The through-hole has one end communicated to the other end of the moving holes and the other end communicated to the side end of the mold. The suction part such as a suction pump attached to the through-hole formed on the side end of the mold sucks gas. A sensor(29) is installed at the through-hole for sensing a condition of gas to transmit a driving signal to the suction part.</p> |
