A laundry treatment apparatus and load control apparatus thereof are provided to remove EMI distortion by harmonic or flicker by turning on/off a motor or heater at zero cross point. A load control apparatus comprises a load driving device and control device. The load driving device is equipped at a signal input end of motor or heater and controls a signal inputted to the motor or heater when generating motor or heater. The control device calculates the time of on/off of motor or heater based on response delay time of the load driving device and zero cross point. |
