PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an "echo relay unit" capable of communicating with a terminal out of a perspective without intervention of human labor from a mobile station to a base station by resolving inconvenience that, in a mobile radio for business (disaster preventive radio mobile system), the mobile station performs indirect communication with a station out of the perspective through the communication staff at the base station. SOLUTION: A message from the mobile station is received and stored and it is iteratively transmitted using a push-to-talk method. Tone squelch of a frequency (f2) separate from a speech is mounted for reception and branch-connected to the antenna input part of a base station receiving section and only when this tone is received, a relay unit is operated. When a call is terminated, voice recording is started and when the terminated call is cut off, after the lapse of several seconds, a transmission section and an antenna switching section are activated to play back and transmit the recorded voices.
