The present invention relates to a portable tape holder, which has a roll tape to attach the tape and cut it, and more specifically, relates to a portable tape holder comprising a fixed blade (25) in front of a body (10), on which a roll tape (2) is mounted. The fixed blade (25) is blocked by a blocking unit (32) of a pressing lever (30), and is not exposed usually. After attaching the tape, the fixed blade (25) is exposed by pressing the pressing lever (30) to cut the tape. Thus, unlike conventional products, accidents caused by the blade are prevented during cutting of a tape. In addition, the present invention enables attachment and cutting of a tape and finish of the end of the tape by attachment, with a one-touch process; and provides excellent convenience of use. |
