A fully automatic fecal occult blood (FOB) detection and analysis device, for testing a sample container (30) comprising a transparent sleeve, a feces collection device and a test strip disposed in the transparent sleeve, the fully automatic FOB detection and analysis device comprising: a feeding chain (10) and a main transmission chain (20); a plurality of holding devices (40), holding the sample container (30) disposed on the feeding chain (10) and the main transmission chain (20) respectively; a forwarding device, forwarding the sample container (30) from the feeding chain (10) to the main transmission chain (20); a down-pressing device (90); an image gathering device, acquiring colored tape information shown on the test strip in the sample container (30) on the main transmission chain (20). The detection and analysis device can continuously test and position a plurality of sample containers (30) accurately; the sample container (30) will not be turned over or rolled over, and can be accurately pressed downward (30), causing a fecal sample diluted solution to react with a test strip to complete a test. |
