A coffee machine control system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a server for registering and storing drip coffee extraction conditions from a plurality of users; a portable terminal for receiving the drip coffee extraction conditions from the server; and a coffee machine for extracting coffee according to the drip coffee extraction conditions transmitted from the portable terminal. The present invention provides a coffee machine control system, capable of: allowing everyone to easily extract a hand drip type of coffee by automatically implementing the same extraction manner as a hand drip manner; and conveniently sharing hand drip coffee recipes with others.
