PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a mold for precision casting capable of easily forming a coating layer for coating over the whole inside surface area of a base layer.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a mold for precision casting comprises: forming, of a ceramic C, a base layer 23 which defines an inside space capable of storing a molten metal of titanium-aluminum-based alloy; storing a coat slurry 50 in which a metal oxide O powder having a higher oxygen bonding strength than the ceramic C, and solvent are mixed in the inside space 11 of the base layer 23; discharging the coat slurry 50; and then, drying the coat slurry 51 attached on a surface 23B on the inside surface space 11 side of the base layer 23 to form the coating layer 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
