1. A method of trapping a first substance in a container, the method comprising:
(i) providing a container having a bottom and a film readily dissolvable in a predetermined substance; (ii) introducing the first substance into the bottom of the container, wherein the first substance comprises magnetically responsive particles; and (iii) introducing the film down into the container such that the film overlies the first substance in a manner such that it traps the first substance at the bottom of the container thereby preventing dislocation of the first substance from under the film.
