PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a billing rate calculation method of a sheet manufacturing device giving no feeling of disadvantage to a user.SOLUTION: The billing rate calculation method of a sheet manufacturing device for manufacturing a sheet from a material containing fiber includes the steps of (a) obtaining the amount of output of a manufactured sheet and (b) calculating a billing rate according to the amount of output of the sheet. In the step (b), a rate including a meter-rate that is the amount of output of the sheet multiplied by a rate per unit quantity is calculated as the billing rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
