The telecontroller (00) comprises: a telecontroller main body (001), a display module (002) and a health detection module (003) arranged on the telecontroller main body (001), wherein the health detection module (003) is used for detecting a health value of a user; the health value at least comprises a heart rate value; and the display module (002) is connected to the health detection module (003) and is used for displaying the health value. The telecontroller (00) and health detection system (80) solve the problem that health detection steps are relatively complex, realize the effect of simplifying the health detection steps, and are applicable to health detection. |
