PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive for window-sticking film without discoloration of a metal thin film layer nor generation of cracks on the metal thin film layer for long time and a heat ray reflective film for window-sticking using the same.SOLUTION: There are provided an adhesive for window-sticking film containing an acrylic adhesive and a silane coupling agent and no acid component and having glass transition temperature of -30°C to -40°C and a heat ray reflective film for window-sticking having a transparent heat ray reflective film by laminating a metal thin film layer on at least a single side of a thermoplastic resin film and the adhesive for window-sticking film laminated on another surface thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None
