PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately specify a table image having no ruled lines from a dot area in an image.SOLUTION: In a case where a dot area extracted by an area extraction part 21 does not include ruled lines, when at least two character images are arranged in the main scanning direction or the sub scanning direction in the dot area, and alignment of characters in a table setting of the character images is detected on the basis of the positional relationship between divided areas obtained by equally dividing the dot area and the character images, a table image detection part 22 detects the dot area as a table image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
