In the porcelain tube 21, a capacitor cone 11 is provided near the tip of the power cable 3. The insulation layer 7 of the power cable 3 projecting from near the end of the capacitor cone 11 is exfoliated, and the internal conductor 9 is exposed. A drawer bar 13 is connected with the conductor 9. In the porcelain tube 21, a plurality of heat dissipation fins 19 are bonded, at a predetermined intervals, to the outer periphery of the drawer bar 13.
