PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rotor laminated core in which the generation of waviness is economically prevented with high workability and thereby products with stable quality can be manufactured, and a manufacturing device thereof.SOLUTION: There are provided: a manufacturing method of a rotor laminated core in which core pieces 11 are sequentially punched from a steel sheet by a punch and a die 21 and the core pieces 11 slipped off into a squeeze ring 22 are sequentially laminated by the squeeze ring 22 arranged below the die 21; and a manufacturing device 20 thereof. In the method, a longitudinal axis side end of each of elliptical core pieces 11 having been punched by the punch and the die 21 is positioned to a recessed region 26 formed to an inside wall of the squeeze ring 22, and the core pieces 11 are sequentially laminated in the squeeze ring 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
