PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phased array antenna device that has high operation reliability and failure resistant performance.SOLUTION: A phased array antenna device comprises: a plurality of high frequency circuits that causes a radio wave to radiate from a plurality of antenna elements; and a plurality of semiconductor circuit devices that has each of these high frequency circuits allocated. The semiconductor circuit device 3serving as one of these semiconductor circuit devices includes a signal processing circuit 31A, and a back-up circuit 31B. The signal processing circuit 31A is configured to: operate when the semiconductor circuit device 3normally operates; and thereby cause a high frequency circuit TR allocated to the semiconductor circuit device 3to operate. The back-up circuit 31B is configured not to operate when other semiconductor circuit device 3normally operates, and cause the high frequency circuit TR allocated to the semiconductor circuit 3to operate by operating at the time when malfunction of the semiconductor circuit 3is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
