PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for measuring adhesion which is one of food product properties which is used easily for a deglutition handicapped person because, The Japanese Society of Dysphagia Rehabilitation has published in Heisei 25, a deglutition adjustment food product classification 2013, which shows reference numerical values of specific indexes related to food product properties, but an appliance for measuring the values is expensive and cannot be easily operated, and it is difficult to popularize such an appliance in households where there is an older deglutition handicapped person or in elderly accommodation facilities, and even in hospitals.SOLUTION: There are provided: (1) an appliance for using gravity force for measuring adhesion of a food product, comprising: a container in which a food product sample can be filled, and plastic or metallic plates having a fixing part which can be fixed to the container with a floating property; and (2) a method for evaluating adhesion of a food product in which, the plural plastic or metallic plates whose lengths are adjusted gradually, are sequentially partially sunk in the container which is filled with the sample food product, and it is evaluated whether or not, the respective plastic or metallic plates are lifted up by buoyance and gravity, for evaluating adhesion of a food product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2-1 |
