发明名称 POWER GENERATING SYSTEM FOR FUEL CELL
摘要 PURPOSE:To stably feed air to a fuel cell and a reformer in a wide flow range by controlling the rotating speed of an air blower and controlling the air flow in response to the load of the fuel cell. CONSTITUTION:The rotating speed of an air blower 10 is lowered when a load is reduced while openings of regulating valves 6 and 7 are kept constant. The range to the minimum rotating speed which can feed necessary air to a fuel cell 1 and a reformer 2 is coped with the rotating speed control on the air blower 10 side. For the load reduction beyond that, the rotating speed of the air blower 10 is fixed, and openings of the regulating valves 6 and 7 are squeezed to reduce the air flow. When the regulating valves 6 and 7 are squeezed, the pressure loss of an air system is increased, thus the operating point of the blower 10 is moved to the low-wind quantity side on the characteristic curve with the fixed present rotating speed.
