PURPOSE:To smoothly utilize an elevator even by a wheelchair utilizer or the like by providing a push button switch of a long type, which can be actuated from the vicinity of a floor surface to an almost intermediate position of height of a gate, in a boarding spot call device of the elevator. CONSTITUTION:A case 6a equipped with a push button switch 6c of long type, which can be actuated from the vicinity of a floor surface to almost an intermediate position of height of a gate, is fixed to a building. In the push button switch 6c, a supporting point of switch on-off by a supporting pin 6b is provided in the upper side, and a supporting spring 6d is provided in the lower side so as to prevent the switch 6c from being closed unless a button is pressed. The button, when it is pressed by a passenger, is sensed by a microswitch 6e, and a signal is fed to a call register circuit 6f to perform call register and also informing a riding spot of a call registered by a lamp 6g. In this way, an elevator can be smoothly utilized by a wheelchair utilizer passenger of a handicapped hand and a passenger disabled from using a hand by bringing a baggage or the like. |
