<p>PURPOSE: To obtain high mixing and dispersing capacity or extrusion capacity capable of corresponding to almost all of materials by one kind of a screw without replacing the screw. CONSTITUTION: The material supplied into a cylindrical barrel 26 is preheated by the rotation of a screw 28 constituted only of a small diameter straight part to be extruded from the leading end of the barrel 26. The material extruded from a material supply part 32 is divided and sheared in axial and radial directions in the mixing and dispersing part 35 attached to the leading end of the material supply part 32 by axial shearing blades 36, 37 and radial shearing blades 43, 44, 46, 47.</p> |
