<p>PURPOSE:To enhance operating feeling as well as to prevent fingers from being held by an accelerator lever by modifying a part of the accelerator lever in a motor driven vehicle which is driven forward or backward with the accelerator lever pulled in and/or pushed on in the longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:An accelerator lever is divided into two: that is, a light and a left lever 20 and 21, each of which is mounted in such a way as to be freely rotated back and forth independently around each base end in the longitudinal direction in a horizontal plane, gears 23 and 24 are fitted onto each base end of these two accelerator levers 20 and 21, and gears 25 and 26 are fitted onto the shaft and main body of an accelerator volume 13, so that the gears 25 and 26 are meshed with the gears 23 and 24. This constitution thereby allows these two accelerator levers 20 and 21 to be rotated around an identical line within the horizontal plane, no distance of movement is thereby changed regardless of the position where the lever is arrested, and operating performance is thereby excellent. In addition, even if one lever is operated, the other will never be moved, any finger and the like can thereby be prevented from being held.</p> |
