PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition which gives a molding with excellent properties by incorporating a specified compound into a thermoplastic olefinic elastomer. CONSTITUTION:A polyolefin-modified polysiloxane (e.g. a compound obtained by heating and kneading an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and a silicone to cause grafting) is incorporated into a thermoplastic olefinic elastomer (e.g. an ethylene/propylene/ethylidenenorbornene copolymer rubber).
