PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing method of foam molded article integral with bag-like skin, with which neither leakage of resin nor positional shift of core material develops and consequently working efficiency and productivity can be improved remarkably. CONSTITUTION:A core material 20, onto which mounting members 25 are protrusively provided, is sealed in bag-like skin material 10 so as to push some parts of the mounting members out of the skin material in order to attach a mold holding hanger 30 to the mounting members put out of the skin material. After the bag-like skin material is hangingly held through the mold holding hanger at the predetermined position of a mold 40, foam molding material U is introduced in the bag-like skin material so as to foam-mold both the skin material and the core material integrally. Finally, by dismounting the mold holding hanger after the molding, the foam molded article integral with the bag-like skin is obtained. |
